Phase 2 - Concept Board & Proposed Budget
- Based on the design elements conceived in Phase 1, a Design Concept Board is created to reflect those ideas.
- Complete overview & scope of proposed project, style & design.
- Review the proposed floor plan, elevation sketches and perspectives.
- Initial Proposal presented based on the specifications, styles, colors & elements chosen in Phase I
